A word from the President
At Aidexpress, our mission begins with a simple conviction: everyone deserves to receive home support and care delivered with respect, dignity, and compassion.
Like many families, I’ve faced the challenges of caring for a loved one who was losing their independence. Watching my father live with Alzheimer’s left a deep and lasting impression on me. It made me realize that behind every request for care lies a story, one filled with emotions, hope, and, often, a family member seeking above all support, respite, and the peace of mind that their loved one is truly cared for.
After years of leading organizations driven by structure and performance, I wanted to create something different, a model where quality and kindness work hand in hand.
That vision continues to guide Aidexpress: a human, well-organized, and innovative organization where technology strengthens human connections, rigour ensures quality, and genuine care remains at the heart of everything we do.
